As women, a false sense of perfection is instilled in us from youth. Room for moving too far outside of that point of perfection is small. So we do not breathe to our abdomens, we decide carbs are evil, we grab our midsections and sigh.

From this place of understand, we do Heart Centered work, discover the medicine of a daily routine, and nourish our selves with movement, meditation and self-love wisely.
